Fees reflect the time, sourcing, screening, coordination, and placement support involved in creating a successful and lasting match.
COMMITMENT TO PLACEMENT
To begin active placement, a one time $399 commitment fee is required.
This allows us to begin sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, coordinating communication, and dedicating time to your household search.
This fee is non refundable and applies to the administrative work involved in initiating placement.
LONG TERM NANNY PLACEMENT
For families seeking consistent, ongoing household support.
20% of the caregiver’s first year gross compensation
Minimum placement fee $5,200
PART TIME PLACEMENT
For households needing structured support with reduced weekly hours.
20% of annualized caregiver compensation
Minimum placement fee $3,900
NEWBORN & SPECIALIZED CARE
For newborn care specialists and caregivers providing advanced or specialized support.
22% of projected contract compensation
Minimum placement fee $5,800
TEMPORARY & SHORT TERM CARE (UNDER 72 HOURS)
For travel coverage, recovery periods, schedule gaps, or urgent household needs.
$100 booking fee
25% of caregiver compensation
Minimum placement fee $250
